During my schooling I continued to pursue my interest in the behaviour and motives of other people and gained theoretical and practical experience with psychoanalysis, conversational psychotherapy, various short-term and systemic procedures and group psychotherapy.
This was followed by several years of training at the Bergerhausen PIB Psychotherapeutic Institute with Prof. Hans-Werner Gessmann in Duisburg, graduating as a psychodrama therapist.

For many years I have worked with self-awareness, women’s and therapy groups.
Together with Lisa Kupas, a colleague at a comprehensive school in Essen, I developed a concept for a new type of teacher training and applied it in teacher groups of all school types, partly privately, partly supported by the Duisburg Education Authority.

I got to know MET by chance on television and was fascinated by the positive possibilities I discovered in this method.
With Rainer Franke I attended various seminars and graduated as a MET Consultant.

Since then I apply knocking techniques to myself and others and combine them sensibly with psychodramatic methods.

For interested people I offer seminars in ICCPP, where the participants can experience MET in a group and learn to apply it to themselves and others.
