I am a board-certified neuropsychologist, clinical psychologist and researcher with 10 years of experience. I am a member of the International Neuropsychological Society (membership No. 644821429) and a member of the American Psychological Association (APA International membership No. C2204334291)
I obtained my graduate degree from the Moscow State University of Psychology & Education (MSUPE) with the specialization in clinical neuropsychology. My practical and research interests cover the topics of autism spectrum disorders, schizophrenia, psycholinguistics, language and speech development. For the last several years I was involved at the evidence-based intervention studies in the education and clinical environment.
Extensive experience in research, practice (as clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist) and in education (lectures and seminars for students, professional education trainings) allows me to develop my professional interests and competencies. My experience as a researcher at the Center for Neurocognitive Research of MSUPE (MEG-Center) afforded me the opportunity to develop skills in EEG/MEG data acquisition and processing. There I was engaged in different speech and language research projects.
Working for a long time in the clinical setting with adolescents with schizophrenia at the Department of Clinical Psychology of Mental Health Research Center expand on personal attributes vital to the therapeutic process. I worked for the research group for language disorders in mild-type schizophrenia in adolescents.
During my seven-year tenure as a practicing clinical psychologist in the Inclusive ABA Center “My Planet” and the St.Luke Institute of Child & Adults Neurology & Epileptology I was able to provide assessments and rehabilitations for children with learning and developmental disabilities and regularly counsel families with children and adolescents with ASD.
Also in my practical experience is collaboration with clinical specialists (neurologists and psychiatrists) in the field of assessment of executive functions. There we were engaged in preoperative diagnostics of development and executive functions in patients with epilepsy, monitoring of patients in the course of treatment in the St.Luke Institute of Child & Adults Neurology & Epileptology.
As a volunteer holding individual and group remote counseling for the individuals at-risk, psychodynamic group therapy (Non-profit international projects Without Prejudice, the Arc).
It is a great opportunity to contribute to my counseling skills while building upon my experience with children, adolescents and their families. I am dedicated to fostering a safe environment and working with each individual to develop customized plans to improve their quality of life.
For more than 7 years I have been conducting methodological and educational work at the Federal Resource Center for the Organization of Comprehensive Support to Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders of Moscow State University of Psychology & Education (MSUPE), supervising the monitoring of the education system for children with autism. I work as an educational designer with the groups of professionals who are working with children with ASD. I also trained neuropsychologist and clinical psychologist in the clinic setting.
It is important to mention that I have great opportunity to be the executive secretary in the peer-reviewed scientific journal Autism and Developmental Disabilities (publisher Moscow State University of Psychology & Education). Working in the scientific journal I am engaged in the transfer of state-of-the-art scientific knowledge of autism and developmental disorders.
I am proficient in such neuropsychological tools as Vineland Adaptive Behavioral Scales, Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children, Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised, executive function testing (EpiTrack, MoCA scales), ASD screening (M-CHAT R/F, CARS, CASD, ATEC etc.).
I read, write and speak Russian (native language) and English (fluent, IELTS C1 7.0, February 2023).
