Diploma in Psychology (Münster 1968), First State Examination for Teaching (Münster 1970), Doctorate in Philosophy (Münster 1972), Habilitation in Psychology (Duisburg 1981), Appointment as Professor of Psychology and Sociology (Mannheim, 1983), Doctorate doctorate in educational science (Dortmund 1988), doctorate in law (Gießen 2002). – Since 1970 teaching and teaching at the universities in Duisburg, Mannheim, Kostroma (Russia) and at the East Westphalia Academy in Borgentreich. – Awarded honorary membership of the “Society for Gestalt Theory and Its Applications” (2019, in the Polish Academy of Sciences, Warsaw).
